2. Approve Your Design: After receiving your order, someone from our team will reach out to you to kick start the project. Usually in the same day or the next day, we send a digital mock‑up(done by real people, not AI). You can suggest changes, and we won’t make the order until you’re happy!

3. Production & Shipping: Once approved, production begins. From that point, it typically takes about 12-15 calendar days for your order to arrive. Need it sooner? Ask about expedited service.
